Brewing secret

Our brewing secret? We use our own method, based on the unique microflora of the Pajottenland region. Using selected ferments, we develop a base beer that resembles lambic in character, but is completely alcohol-free. This unique process allows us to retain all of the fruitiness and taste of the classic Pecheresse, but without the alcohol.
