Pouch with apples, chocolate and Faro

4 pancakes

2 apples cubed

50 grams chocolate

1 dl Faro

4 strawberries

4 blackberries

4 Cape gooseberries

a few currants

 

Preparation:

Stew the cubed apple in some butter, remove from the heat and add the chocolate and the Faro. Stuff the pancakes with the filling and fold them up.

Presentation:

Heat the pancakes in the oven on a buttered baking sheet and them place them on a plate. Decorate with a few roasted almonds and some mint leaves. Place the assorted fruit around the pancake and decorate with some chocolate sauce.
