Surprising shrimp salad with Lindemans Pomme
Method
- Steam the mange-tout until al dente. Drain and allow to cool.
- Cut into diagonal pieces and mix with the shrimps.
- Stir in the mayonnaise and the cream cheese and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange the shrimp salad on the lettuce leaves and serve with an ice-cold Lindemans Pomme.
