Lindemans Framboise Sabayon

Method

  • Place the egg yolks in a high-rimmed saucepan au bainmarie and mix in the Lindemans Framboise and the sugar.
  • Whisk continuously until light and airy over moderate heat.
  • Garnish four glasses with the raspberries and top with sabayon.
  • Serve immediately.
